 1.-His experience and motivation as a very passionate founder motivated other volunteers, to participate in the Empower Haitian Women (EHW) organization to help women living with disabilities.

2.-Despite his disability, Doudly left Haiti to participate in the Legislative Fellowship Program at Rutgers University’s Small Business Development Center and replicate his experience and newly acquired business skills to change lives of people living with disabilities in Haiti.

3.-His networking skills helped to reach his goals and to raise awareness in the haitian community on disability, inacessibility and inclusion for people with disability by his participation on media, press, conferences, and diplomatic meetings, prestigious clubs and entities.

4.-He has a great impact on not only Haitian women and girls, his community, the empower Haitian women organization volunteers, and his friends, but also internationally as he had the chance to connect with over 350 Fellows from around the world during the Spring Professional Fellows Congress in Washington, D.C. There he shared the story of the empower haitian women organization to the international profellows from the U.S States Department as a panelist.

5.-Despite his disability, he remains a hard worker, and very determinate person, he is always willing to help others reaching their goals by focusing not on his disability but on helping women with disabilities instead.
